All goods are shipped within 24 working hours. The reason we do not ship immediately is to undertake fraud and security checks for our clients own protection. Once approved we send out First Class Recorded Post. Normally in the UK this takes 1-3 working days. All products are sent ‘recorded’ delivery.
All European orders undertake the same fraud checks and are dispatched via Royal Mail to the individual countries postal service (which normally takes 3-5 working days) for onward delivery to the local address.

Copy your tracking reference from Dental Whitening Direct then visit http://track.royalmail.com and paste in the tracking reference to get an update. If there is “no further information” regarding the delivery that means the goods are still on route to you.
When purchasing from Dental Whitening Direct we are very confident that you will be happy with our goods we supply, in the event of a faulty item or exchange please refer to the terms below.
Faulty goods – within 28 days:
If your goods are faulty on arrival, you have 28 calendar days in which to inform us of the fault and we will happiley exchange the item for another to the same value.
Unwanted goods – within 14 days:
You can return unwanted goods within 14 calendar days of delivery and we will exchange for an item to the same value. You will need to pay for return postage cost, therefore we recommend using a posting service that provides proof of delivery and has compensation insurance for lost or damaged goods as returns are NOT our responsibility until they arrive back to us.
If you return a product to us that is not received in a brand new condition we reserve the right to return the product to you. Unfortunately we cannot offer a refund on all products only exchange this does not affect your satisfactory rights.
